C Type Ball Valve
The high-performance C-type ball valve is a patented product launched by Exxon Valve for the harsh working conditions of conveying solid particles or high-fiber media.
This product is mainly suitable for coal water slurry, black ash water, ore slurry, pulverized coal, solidified particles, viscous, clean and other medium in coal chemical industry, petrochemical industry, polysilicon, LNG and other working conditions. It has the advantages of reliable sealing, abrasion resistance, erosion resistance, self-cleaning, self-compensation for wear, long service life.It can effectively replace traditional orbital ball valves, metal-sealed ball valves, wear-resistant gate valves, etc.And can guarantee the leakage level requirements for long-term operation in harsh working conditions.
C type ball valve has the following characteristics:
Double eccentric design, when the torque seal is closed, the ball moves gradually relative to the valve seat, the closer the tighter,reliable sealing,, the sealing surface can be automatically compensated after the wear and tear, and the valve seat can be pushed by the spring to effectively compensate the wear of the sealing surface, realizing Double wear compensation. The ball and the sealing face only contact at the moment of opening and closing, and there is no friction or wear in the rest of the stroke range, and the opening and closing are light and fast.
Full-bore design, single seat without valve cavity, when opening, there is no flow blocking element in the valve cavity, after closing, there is no material stagnation area, with streamlined valve body flow path, reducing material wear on the ball and valve cavity. When the valve is opened, the ball cleans the seat, and the fluid washes away some debris along the sealing surface 360 degrees. When the valve is closed, it can realize the shearing of sealing faults, adhering materials and sundries, so as to ensure the cleaning of the sealing face.
The upper and lower support and the fixed ball design , solve the influence of the medium force on the seal. The medium and the sealing force to the ball are borne by the upper and lower supports. The stem does not bear the radial force, but only bears the opening and closing torque, which improves the stem stress, ensures that stem will not be stuck even under extreme working conditions. The stem is explosion-proof and has an inverted sealing structure, which can ensure the reliable sealing of the stem under various pressures.
The spring-loaded movable seat ,not only ensures the reliability of the seal, but also absorbs the influence of thermal expansion and contraction caused by temperature changes, ensuring that valve can be used in anti-locking conditions under high temperature or large temperature difference. Both sides of the spring chamber are protected by flexible graphite rings to prevent debris from entering and effectively prevent the spring from failing.
The upper and lower support shaft and the contact parts of the ball are spray-welded with nickel-based alloy, tungsten carbide, chromium carbide, STL and other wear-resistant technologies to ensure that they will not wear out after long-term use and meet the requirements of frequent valve switching.
Ball and seat spraying technology, using advanced metallurgical fusion spray welding, the surface hardness of spray welding is above HRC60, after the spray coating is processed, the effective thickness is above 0.7mm, and the bonding strength is above 12,000PSI.The spherical surface is spray-welded as a whole, which has strong friction resistance and erosion resistance, and is suitable for harsh working conditions.
This product greatly solves the technical problems such as difficulty in switching, easy to collect slag, easy to wash, and easy to wear during the operation of the device.
